Graduation

Marla graduated last evening from Black Hawk College as a Practical Nurse. CONGRATULATIONS to her and the whole family!

You can tell a big difference between the children graduates and those who have chosen to return for their studies after becoming adults. Let's party dude vs. sick baby in the audience, go to doctor right before graduation, husband trying to keep Grace from fussing, Kane helping out, grabbing certificate and getting to car to get Grace home. Aw, the joys of family life with kids!

Those that complete their schooling right out of high school are often pretty clueless on what life is like for adult students. Marla kept her grades high and qualified for scholastic help. Ian and the boys helped out in other ways. Marla continued working part time while doing her studies. And of course the all consuming life of a mother and wife.

Now, Marla, I have this little ache that I was wondering if you could tell me what to do about it?? She is our family's nurse isn't she!!!

Good job Ian, you sure picked a GREAT woman for our family!
