Been overcast and only killer humid when we do something. Did clean all the floors (whoooeeee done). Boys have cards tonight and Gracie is coming, too.

Jerry's CT scan showed he only has sinus congestion so that is good.

My friend Becky's grandson (Chase) has been diagnosed with Stage 3 or 4 cancer in his lungs, spots on his kidneys, and in the lymph nodes. They haven't been able to determine the kind of cancer yet so can't start treatments until that is done. Lots of tests and not sure why it can't be determined but they could use prayer. His brother ships to Afgan. Aug. 9th. Chase is 19 yrs.

My friend Brett that has Lupus is doing better since his five year divorce battle ended and is done. He will never recover from this disease but stress makes it worse. His ex wife had tried to prolong the divorce so she would inherit his full worth. He's staying busy working on his gem stones hobby and remodeling his home. Brett is only 47 and has been suffering with this lung disease since 2005. He was the engineer on our new building when I was in G'burg and is a good smart young man - so sad he is so limited and can no longer work or enjoy most of his interests.
