This month's birthdays: Nicholas Widner turned 13 on the 2nd. Rodney Brasingon will be 17 on the 16th. Mae Schuytema will be 12 on the 19th. We have two generic pet birthdays (I chose January 1 because the specific days are unknown): Bitsy is 4 and "J" is 9.
This week has Jerry going for his annual cancer clinic check up Monday. Jerry has his Legion meeting and I have P.E.O. Monday evening. He has cards with the guys Friday night and I have an all-girls party at Kathy O'Malley's house. Saturday, we have Bible Study here.
I'm looking forward to the next snow that is predicted Monday and Tuesday. Inches predicted are pretty much 1 - 7 inches; which is another way of saying they don't know but apparently a lot is hitting out west right now.
Lot's of people are struggling right now, many in our family, making daily prayer a priority is essential. Glad I don't have to walk alone.
This is the life and times of the Gibsons living in rural Bishop Hill. It is those that surround us and nourish us.
