The Event

On Wednesday, Grandma Margaret Gibson, Sister, Angie Gibson Bryant and her friend, Steve Crigler got to our house from Georgia.

On Thursday, Sister, Carmen Gibson Widner got to our house from Georgia.

That evening we hosted a "bonfire" for the wedding party, all out of town family and their guests. We had about thirty folks for fun and getting to know each other's families. Jerry's huge and colorful bonfire was a total success.

Friday was the rehearsal in Galva and the rehearsal dinner in Peoria. Trents took our Georgia family to dinner that evening while Jerry and I attended the rehearsal dinner.

Saturday was the wedding at the church in Galva and reception in Galesburg. It was a beautiful day and Megan and Tim are on their way to honeymoon in Hawaii. Georgia family left Sunday and Monday.

We are settling back into the routine of our quite lives.
