Thanksgiving 2009

We had a really nice Thanksgiving with lots of family and food. Trent dropped by early to visit (and bring a seven layer salad - a crowd favorite) before heading out to be with Kate and Julie at the Elwell's.

Sue, Paul and Max arrived bearing cheese grits (more must haves) and homemade cranberry sauce.

Ian, Marla and Gracie came (with banana cream pie - yummy) but we missed Kane and Don who were at their dad's. After we all did much "Gracie - ing" they left to pick up the boys and visit with Marla's family.

Jerry managed to call everyone in his family and to talk to almost everyone. Everyone was busy eating, going to eat or had eaten. It was nice to catch up with everyone and visit either in person or on the phone. We have a lot to be thankful for in 2009.
