Saw this when we were in Peoria the other day. You simply don't go into any parking lot this time of the year without seeing a car that's been "broken" and in this case "almost mended". Visited with Sue and Max yesterday. Picked up Max after school and until he went to an appointment. Sue and I had lunch in Monmouth then visited the site she is considering for a store. It is currently vacant and designed originally in the Art Nouveau style. The inside has been remodeled and is pretty good shape. I forgot most everything I wanted to take . . . which included my camera. More later if it all comes to pass.
The male cardinal never stops providing photo opportunities in the winter. With this heavy snow cover, birds are pretty eager to hit the feeders in large numbers and almost all day long.
