Razor Neck

Jerry is home from having his artery cleaned out. This is the second side. The surgery went well. His surgeon, Dr. Whittle (yeah I know) said it was a difficult operation because of the amount of plaque but successful. The day after the operation he started running fever (over 101) and it ran up and down for a couple of days. They gave them antibiotics. X-ray of his lungs said they were clear. Then his blood pressure spiked over 191 and that was dangerous. They could not explain but after five different meds, it finally came back to normal.

He was released yesterday and is so glad to be home and healing.

He has a little project he works on now and again: Put all his 45 records in jackets. Created a spreadsheet to list by artist, composer, and names of songs. He will then select those that will go in his jukebox first but will have them all cataloged to use later. Since he's not to drive, lift anything heavier than a cup a coffee, can't bend over and some other restrictions, this will help him keep busy. Napping is a good thing, too.

Thanks for the attention to him.
